Campus Booking is the University Authority for coordination of all public events on the campus of The University of New Orleans.

Campus Booking provides all aspects of scheduling & event coordination for public events at the Human Performance Center, Homer L. Hitt Alumni and Visitors Center, the Fitness Center Gym Floor, and other UNO main campus facilities.

Campus Booking assists with event placement to better fit the needs of event organizers. Professional services available for set up, break down, janitorial and production.

Authority

Campus Booking is the official University Authority for coordination of all public events on the main campus. Standard University Event Contracts are executed by all authorized University signatories. Proper Certificates of Insurance are verified and filed. Indemnification Forms are signed when appropriate. Campus Booking determines when appropriate staff support is scheduled.
